Measures in the area of expatriation, diversity, and talent management

It is important to use psychometrically sound scales in survey research. Below is a list of scales that I have used in my research. If you have suggestions for other, useful scales, please contact me. Thank you. Please note that we have modified (M) some items to better it our context and some items are reverse coded (R).
